Turn your book into a German audiobook
Do you want to reach not only German readers but also listeners?I record and produce German audiobooks and guide international authors through the process – from your finalized German manuscript to the finished audio files.
international authors I worked with
You don’t have to speak German to produce a German audiobook.
You need a reliable process.
We define the important creative decisions before recording starts: characters, tone, relationships, pronunciation and the overall feeling of your story.
Our project communication can take place in English while the audiobook itself is recorded in German.
In the end, you’ll receive a complete, finished audiobook that has already been checked for errors in both the text and the audio.
Get a preview of what your German audiobook might sound like
You don’t have to commit to a full audiobook production without knowing how your story will sound in German.
Send me a short excerpt from your finalized German manuscript and a few details about your project. If the project is a good fit, I can record an individual sample so you can hear how the voice, tone and interpretation work for your story before we move forward.
Even if you don’t speak German yourself, the sample gives us a concrete starting point to discuss mood, characters and overall direction.

Your audiobook. Your rights.
As a self-publisher, you likely made a conscious decision to control what happens to your book yourself.
Why should it be any different when it comes to the audiobook?
With my production service, you receive a finished product without having to hand your project over to an audiobook publisher. You retain control over your audiobook and decide for yourself how and where you want to publish it.
I am paid for my work—not through an ongoing share of your future sales.

More than 250 productions. And each one of them deserved its own voice.
From romance to thrillers, from fantasy to non-fiction – here you’ll find a selection of my productions to date.
How to check an audiobook in a language I don’t speak?
You don’t need to find a German-speaking reviewer yourself. If required, independent German proof listening can be included in the production process.
What others say about my work
Need help with publishing? I can help with that, too.
Producing the audiobook is one part of the process. Getting it out into the world is the next one.
If you’re unsure which publishing routes, platforms or distribution options are available for a German audiobook, I can help you make sense of them and point you in the right direction. Based on my experience with audiobook productions and the German market, I can support you in understanding the next steps and choosing a suitable path for your project.
You don’t have to figure everything out on your own once the final files are ready.

Audio recordings are especially helpful for fictional names, places or invented languages.
We clarify these details before recording so they remain consistent throughout the audiobook.
